Sometimes we just have to say no. Sometimes a site is just too far gone for us to fix it in a single pass. The amount of work involved to bring it back to life is simply not worth it.

In these cases we’ll let you know our reasons for declining and we’ll recommend a sensible next step.

Such scenarios include:

• The underlying web server technology is too outdated
• Code changes since the last updates have advanced so far that they’ll simply break the site
• Themes/Plugins which are no longer available
• Malware infestation

Likewise, sometimes a site just doesn’t need so much work. In this case case we’ll also let you know and adjust the price down accordingly.
